What do you guys think about rap ?

Again with the god damn spaces D:< But raps okay in a small amount I guess it depends what the nature of the song is about itself cuz there's some pretty deep stuff out there.

Rap is actually one of the few types of music I don't truly appreciate it. I can stomach a few measures, but though there is "clean" rap, I find the majority distasteful, as I am one of the more conservative listeners. I'm not really into it.

I've been actually getting more into rap lately. Some of it is really good, but there are some out there that are garbage.

Raps one of those things that people will be like oh my god, this guy is so good. and they don't even listen to the guy, just like one song. Eminem's a pretty good example. Everyone goes crazy about I Love The Way You Lie when it's shit compared to all his other stuff. And if you want deep rap, look up Sage Francis. Best of Times is pretty good. But it's not really based on rhythm. It's more spoken word. By the way, Tech N9ne and Hopsin make some good stuffs too c:

Eh, rap's not really my thing. I need to hear a singer singing or else I get disinterested. Plus most rap is about subjects I can't relate to or don't care about, i.e. drugs/slutty women.

Well, some rap can be okay if I'm the one being asked. Tech n9ne has a lot of stuff I consider good that I can relate to.

Lowkey in general has some fairly touching stuff. It's all preference I presume, just because I like finnish rap doesn't mean it is all good.

I never really got into rap, but lately I got into Eminem, and I don't mean the basics. I went through all his albums picked the relatable ones and such. I usually listen to them to go to sleep, for some strange reason it helps me sleep.
